Our Mission:
Provide experiential learning opportunities in gardens and on farms, connecting people to how food grows, building practical skills & community.
Goals:
- Develop and conduct eco-literacy programs and events in school gardens and on organic farms across northern New Jersey.
- Focus on four-season growing of vegetables, herbs, fruits, nuts, berries and flowers.
- Construction projects include building greenhouses, chicken coops, bee hives, clay ovens, rain gardens, rain barrels, irrigation and other permaculture solutions.
